William Fee
Director | Bracebridge ON
Born and raised in Montreal, Bill attended Queen’s University at Kingston, earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1972. After graduation, he settled there and eventually worked for Alcan. In 1982 the company transferred him to Muskoka to work in their Foils plant. After the plant closed, he was a partner in a small engineering firm in Bracebridge for several years. He is an avid sailor and enjoys spending summer days on his boat on Georgian Bay. He has had a long association with Canadian Power and Sail Squadrons and has taught boating safety courses over the last 30 years. He volunteers at Manna, the local food bank. Bill swims for fitness and has been on the executive of MUSAC, the swim club based in Bracebridge.
Marg French

Marg, who is a graduate of the School of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Waterloo, is a Registered Professional Planner and member of the Canadian Institute of Planners and Ontario Professional Planning Institute (OPPI). She retired from her role as Commissioner of Planning and Economic Development with the District of Muskoka in June 2013 after more than 30 years in municipal government. She currently is a principal of French Planning Services, a planning and facilitation firm with an environmental focus.
Gord Durnan
Vice-Chair & Founding Director | Gravenhurst ON
Gord completed his tenure with the South Muskoka Hospital Foundation in 2005 after 18 years as their Managing Director; shortly thereafter he and a group of dedicated volunteers founded the Muskoka Community Foundation. He continues to share his 40+ years’ charity management experience as a Philanthropy Consultant with Muskoka charities and not-for-profits. Gord is an active volunteer with Gravenhurst’s Rotary Club and recently completed a 4 year term as Director with Community Foundations of Canada, before joining Nipissing University’s Board of Governors in 2013. Gord also serves as a Director of the Cottage Country Family Health Team Board. Gord was Chair of the Muskoka Community Foundation Board from 2007 until 2014.
Daniel Bradbury
Director | Huntsville ON
Daniel is President and owner of CREATIVE ONE®, an innovative Muskoka-based web design firm known for its creativity and results for clients. The first recipient of the 2003 Muskoka Business Plan Challenge Award, Daniel has continued to pursue entrepreneurship with passion. He has travelled to over 30 countries and has been a Muskoka Community Foundation Director since Autumn 2012.
Jodi Holder
Secretary | Bracebridge ON
Jodi is a graduate of The Bracebridge and Muskoka Lakes Secondary School. Before joining Zarmac Benefits in 2011 she was the Manager of the Gravenhurst Chamber of Commerce for 4 years. Prior to that Jodi was the Director of Admissions Rosseau Lake College and the Sterling Hall School. She is a canvasser for the Cancer Society and Tournament Coordinator of the Bracebridge Soccer Club. She has co-chaired committees for the 2010 Ontario Winter Games and is past Secretary of the Bracebridge Minor Hockey Association. Jodi has been a Muskoka Community Foundation Director since 2009.
Scott Young

Scott is the Executive Director of Muskoka Conservancy, a land trust that creates nature reserves and inspires caring through outdoor experiences. He has many years experience and success in municipal governance, journalism, and in entrepreneurial and small business environments. Scott’s governance experience includes several senior positions within a two-tier municipality, including Deputy District Chair and Planning and Economic Development Chair at The District Municipality of Muskoka, and Public Works Chair at the Town of Bracebridge. As a journalist, Scott has published hundreds of original news stories, features and cover photography for several weekly titles in central Ontario. Born in Toronto and raised in Mississauga, Scott lives in Bracebridge with his family, and has extended family in Bracebridge, Huntsville, southern Ontario and The Turks and Caicos Islands.
Jane Hunt

Jane is a graduate of the University of Ottawa with a Masters degree in Education with a specialty in Counselling.  prior to her retirement in 2012 and her move to Port Sydney, Jane was a Counsellor and Professor/Coordinator at Algonquin College in Ottawa for 26 years and a Counsellor at Georgian College for 3 years.  She volunteers with the YWCA, Huntsville Lakes Probus Club and the Algonquin Theatre.  She became a Muskoka Community Foundation Director in 2016.
Eva Zachary
Director| Bracebridge, ON
Eva is the Acting Executive Director at Muskoka Victim Services, a not for profit organization providing emotional and practical support to victims of crime and tragic circumstance. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from York University and has various additional certifications in crisis intervention and Critical Incident and Stress Management. Eva volunteers as a Team Leader and Crisis Responder for Victim Services and is a volunteer Director for Muskoka Arts and Crafts, one of Ontario’s oldest and most well established arts organizations. Eva joined the Muskoka Community Foundation Board of Directors in 2016.

Lynn DeCaro
Executive Director
Lynn was born and raised near Parry Sound and has lived in Muskoka for the last 20 years. She holds a B.Ed from Nipissing University and a M.A. in Social Justice and Equity Studies from Brock University. Lynn is a part-time faculty member at Nipissing University in the Department of Child and Family Studies.
