Recipients are selected by their teachers based on their demonstrated commitment and service to community environmental issues, academic achievement and record of participation in volunteer and extracurricular activities.
This year six students were awarded $2200.00 grants totaling $13,200.00.
Since 2010 over $50,000.00 has been awarded to help students pursue their post-secondary education.
